As the exclusive practice management partner of the Canadian Bar Association (CBA), it also stores all data securely in Canadian-based data centres and maintains SOC 2 Type 2 certification for data security. Bank-grade Encryption

All traffic between your computer and CosmoLex’s Canadian legal practice management software is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption; the same data protection used by major online banks. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, keeping your firm and your clients protected at all times.

Account-level Security

Two-factor Authentication (2FA)

On top of a username and password, 2FA sends a verification code to your mobile device via SMS before granting access.
